I led the development team for a training mobile web-app to support our technical teams in diagnosing service issues.

I led a team to create "My Pharmacy Trainer" to deliver immersive on-line training modules to thousands of retail pharmacy employees. Here, we're teaching our pharmacy business owner customers and sales team how to use the system.
